It’s a Saturday morning which means I’m sitting in my favourite spot on the sofa with my journal, mug of coffee and my cat curled up in my lap. I like the slower start on weekends where I can sleep in and just be.

After breakfast I’m ready to do chores. I’ve cleaned the bathroom and the balcony so far which is the reality of being an adult – doing mundane yet necessary stuff.

It’s the afternoon now. I forced myself to go out for a walk after lunch. It used to be a regular habit but the cold is unwelcoming.

If I think of a bad habit, it would be wasting time on the internet. My guilty pleasure is looking up celebrity news. I’ll never meet these people nor do I look up to them but I like looking at people in pretty dresses and lives far removed from my own.
