What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
I thought hard but nothing sprung to mind. If it’s part of my routine it’s a necessary task or a habit.
The real problem is adding things to my routine which are good for me. I set myself a goal or reading and writing for at least thirty minutes a day but writing isn’t easy unless I’m journaling and finding the time to read everyday is a struggle. If I got rid of my phone and discovered the art of boredom again, I’d probably be able to do both.
