What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Yoga feels like a hug. It releases stress and can be as gentle or intense as you like.

Today’s yoga class had me sweating. The teacher made us do a crow pose, a bind, a split masquerading as a stretch and a plank on forearms. I am getting better at her classes, at least I thought so until she came up to me and told me I wasn’t following her instructions.

I want to be physically strong like her. I haven’t done her classes regularly but want to do a class where I can follow every move. There is always a moment in her class where everyone bursts into laughter because no one can keep up. While standing, she will grab her toe and pull her leg up until it’s straight. We try to follow but some may struggle with grabbing their toe, some stumble and at best we make do with a crooked leg. But laugh and try again next time.
