When are you most happy?

I’m in my head a lot which is a habit I’m trying to break out of. As I was writing this, an elderly lady pointed at the empty spot next to me on the bench. I gestured for her to sit. The lady mopped her sweat with a little towel in the Sydney head as I examined her unusual red hat. As the bus arrived, I tried to give way but she smiled and gestured for me to go first instead.

Kindness needs no language. The world would be a much nicer place if we practiced little acts of kindness everyday.
