I only returned from leave two weeks ago but am finding it hard. I should be gone for good in a month or so.

We’re going through a restructure and my role is being cut. Because it’s a government agency, it’s a long drawn out process.

I won’t miss the wasted effort, work politics, the lack of accountability and planning. What I’ll miss is the kindness of colleagues.
